Job Title: Finance Executive

Job location: Chennai

Reports to: Assistant Finance Controller

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage factory-related invoice booking, vendor reconciliation, and audit support. The role involves handling both BOM and non-BOM invoices, import documentation, and ensuring compliance with MSME declarations and digital invoice processes.

Key Responsibilities

· Invoice Management

o Booking of non-BOM factory invoices.

o Booking of BOM invoices and import invoices (BM).

o Asset factory invoice booking.

o Scanning, uploading, and acknowledging digital invoices / e-invoices.

· Compliance & Documentation

o Follow-up on MSME declarations from vendors.

o Coordinate with user departments for pending BM approvals and supporting documents.

o Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices and related records.

· Vendor & Audit Support

o Perform vendor reconciliation on a periodic basis.

o Provide necessary support during internal and external audits.

· Coordination

o Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely submission of documents.

o Ensure accuracy and completeness of invoice records for smooth financial operations.

Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

· 2–4 years of experience in accounts payable/invoice management (manufacturing industry preferred).

· Strong knowledge of invoice booking processes (BOM & Non-BOM).

· Familiarity with MSME compliance and import documentation.

· Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Tally) and MS Office (Excel, Word).

· Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

· Strong communication and coordination abilities.
