Job Title: Finance Executive

Experience Required- Minimum 5 years in Accounting/Finance
Location: Work from Office – Near Manyata Tech Park. Bangalore
Department: Finance & Accounts
Reports To: Finance Manager / Accounts Head

Skills Required- Multiple Currencies accounting experience is needed

Notice period- Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), taxation (GST,TDS), and statutory compliance. The role requires strong analytical skills, accuracy, and knowledge of Indian accounting and tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities
1. Accounts Receivable (AR)
 Generate and issue invoices to customers
 Monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding payments
 Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
 Maintain accurate records of all collections
 Handle accounting in multiple foreign currencies

2. Accounts Payable (AP)
 Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
 Verify invoices against purchase orders and contracts
 Reconcile vendor statements and resolve differences
 Maintain proper documentation for all payables
 Handle accounting in multiple foreign currencies

3. TDS & Taxation
 Deduct and deposit TDS as per applicable sections
 File TDS returns (quarterly) and issue TDS certificates
 Coordinate with consultants for tax filings and assessments

4. General Accounting
 Maintain books of accounts and journal entries
 Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
 Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
 Prepare financial reports and MIS statements
 Prepare P&L statements for various subsidiaries and pass necessary accounting adjustments

5. Compliance & Audit
 Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements
 Support internal and external audits
 Maintain proper financial documentation and records

Preferred Skills
 Experience in handling audits and compliance
 Familiarity with ERP systems
 Ability to manage deadlines and multitask

Qualifications &; Skills
 MBA (Finance), CA Inter, or ICWA/CMA
 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and taxation
 Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or similar)
 Good knowledge of MS Excel
 High attention to detail and accuracy
 Strong communication and problem-solving skills
