Job Overview

Perfeito Ventures India Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Manager to oversee the organization’s financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing accurate financial reports, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining confidentiality of financial data. Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely tax filings, tax computations, and compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements.

• Securely manage, maintain, and back up financial records and sensitive financial data.

• Prepare accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.

• Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

• Monitor financial processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

• Maintain compliance with accounting standards and internal financial controls.

Job Requirements

• Graduate in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).

• Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in financial reporting, taxation, and reconciliation processes.

• Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly.
