Finance Executive

Job Description:

• Advance Knowledge of Tally & Excel.

• Maintaining day-to-day books of accounts and handling

• all accounting functions including banking.

• Expert Knowledge of Bookkeeping, reconciliation of various accounts viz.

• Bank & Vendor Accounts, Payables and Receivables processing, Debtors &

• Creditors aging, Expense control, Revenue report

• Bookkeeping - Record Day-to-day financial transactions and complete the

• posting process.

• Reporting - Daily, Weekly, Monthly MIS reports for management and

• reconciliation reports.

• Client Billing - Preparation of bills, coordination with different team.

• A/R and A/P Management - Responsible for weekly Accounts Receivable

• and Accounts Payable reports, follow-ups with customers and vendors for

• payments/ receipts.

• Inventory Control - Maintaining inventory records, fixed assets register,

• reconciliation with vendors/ distributors/ retailers/ internal stock

• and TALLY ERP.

• Vendor Account reconciliation on weekly Basis.

• Assist senior Managers in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings

Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience

Education:

B. Com/M.Com/MBA Finance

Past Experience:

1-2 Years
