We are looking for a Senior Associate – Finance who can go beyond routine accounting and take full ownership of the business finance function across two growing organizations — AccuLeap and Capgen.

This role is suited for someone who is comfortable working with numbers and also capable of partnering with leadership to support financial planning, reporting, and decision-making.

About the Role
The role involves managing end-to-end finance operations with a strong focus on cash flow management, MIS reporting, forecasting, and compliance, along with core accounting responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Business Finance

• Cash flow monitoring and fund position tracking across both businesses

• Rolling forecasts and liquidity planning

• Monthly MIS including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements

• Variance analysis against budget

• Ad-hoc financial analysis to support leadership decision-making

Accounting and Compliance

• Invoice generation, billing, and revenue booking

• Payroll processing and reimbursements

• Vendor payments and receivables follow-ups

• Monthly book closure in Tally / Zoho Books

• GST, TDS, and statutory compliance filings

Who We Are Looking For

Background

• 3–6 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or FP&A

• CA Inter or Semi-qualified CA preferred

• MBA Finance or B.Com candidates with strong fundamentals may also apply

• Experience in CA firm, consulting, or corporate finance preferred

  Skills

• Working knowledge of Tally and Zoho Books

• Advanced Excel skills including pivots, dashboards, and MIS reporting

• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and compliance requirements

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English

• Strong ownership mindset with a proactive approach
