Finance Executive

Role descriptors

·  Responsible for evaluation, data assessment, research work and end to end coordination with Investment team.

· Evaluating investment proposal/leads received, identify financial risk associated with and after initial evaluation, using available analytical tools and information, and submission of the report. Re-evaluate investments files at regular intervals to detect early warning signals and report to Investment Team.

· Dealing and coordination with Wealth Manager for new Investment opportunities & addressing queries raised by Assets management firms/ Cos.

· Preparation of various financial reports & other misc. reports pertaining to investment of funds.

· Preparation of future projections and future earnings and expenses, assist in Preparation of Corporate Presentations, CMA for Project Finance etc.

·Preparation of financial reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.

· Researching, Understanding and evaluating cheaper sources for fund raising.

· Prepare Fund status, oversee the monitoring of existing Investment.

COMPETENCY Requirements

·         Ability to pay attention to details & Reporting skills

·         Good knowledge of current financial market INVESTMENTS 

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills & drafting business emails.    

·         Understand legal documents, agreements and financial data.

·         Proficiency in MS Office, MS excel and make PPT on Proposals and reports.

·         Pleasant and confident personality

·         Coordination skills

·          Ability to stay calm under pressure
