Role Overview:
As a Two-Wheeler Retail Sales and Finance Executive, you will be pivotal in driving vehicle sales by connecting customers with the ideal bike and facilitating the necessary loan processes. Your responsibilities will encompass managing interactions between buyers, the dealership, and financial institutions, spanning from the initial greeting to delivering the vehicle keys.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Sales & Relationship Building:
- Guide buyers in choosing the right two-wheeler based on their needs and budget.
- Demonstrate vehicle features and arrange test rides.
- Negotiate prices, finalize sales, and nurture long-term customer relationships.
2. Loan Processing & Financing:
- Collect and verify KYC details such as ID and address proofs.
- Process loan applications and liaise with banks and NBFCs for swift approvals.
- Break down loan terms, down-payments, and EMI options for customers.
3. Documentation & Delivery:
- Complete vehicle registration, insurance, and invoicing efficiently.
- Ensure the timely preparation of the vehicle for customer delivery.
4. Follow-up & After-Sales:
- Proactively follow up on potential leads and past inquiries.
- Assist customers with post-sale service appointments and queries.
