Finance Executive

Position: Finance Associate

Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounts payable/accounts receivable processes, invoice handling, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Candidates with exposure to global finance operations will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities

• Process invoices, vendor payments, and customer payments accurately

• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

• Maintain financial records and ensure data accuracy

• Assist in month-end closing activities and financial reporting

• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for finance-related queries

• Prepare and update MIS reports using MS Excel

• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting roles

• Good understanding of AP/AR processes and accounting principles

• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting tools/software

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Good communication and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Skills

• Experience in global finance management/processes is an added advantage

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong analytical and numerical skills
