The Finance Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations of the NBFC, including loan accounting, disbursement tracking, reconciliation, MIS reporting, and compliance support. The role requires basic knowledge of NBFC processes and strong accounting skills.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain records of loan disbursements, repayments, and closures
Handle customer loan account reconciliation and verification
Prepare EMI schedules and calculate interest and principal
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
Ensure proper documentation as per NBFC and RBI guidelines
Verify vendor invoices and process payments
Coordinate with branch, sales, and operations teams.
Preferred Experience
Experience in NBFC / Microfinance / Fintech industry
Exposure to loan products such as Personal Loan, Business Loan, etc.
1-2 year experience in Finance Industry.
