Finance Executive

Job Description

We are hiring an EXIM Finance Executive for a confidential client at Bidadi, Karnataka. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Export-Import (EXIM) operations, sound knowledge of Accounts & Finance, and strong MS Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle export-import documentation and day-to-day EXIM operations.

• Coordinate export and import transactions, ensuring timely processing and accurate documentation.

• Manage accounting entries, reconciliations and financial records related to EXIM activities.

• Prepare financial and operational reports using MS Excel.

• Coordinate with internal teams, banks, logistics partners and other stakeholders for smooth execution of EXIM transactions.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with applicable documentation and process requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in EXIM, Export-Import Operations or EXIM Finance.

• Strong practical knowledge of EXIM processes, export-import documentation and transaction coordination is mandatory.

• Sound knowledge of Accounts & Finance, including accounting entries, reconciliations and financial documentation.

• Strong MS Excel skills, including advanced formulas, lookups and PivotTables.

• Good communication, coordination and attention to detail.
