Job Role : Finance & Payroll Executive

𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹-𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗲𝗻𝗱-𝘁𝗼-𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

Payroll processing & statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, GHI, GPA)
Client invoicing & receivables management
Purchase Order (PO) creation & tracking
Client & employee onboarding (finance + compliance)
Coordination across Finance, HR & Business teams

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱:

Experience in Semicon / IT / Design / Consulting services
Exposure to contract-based billing & client invoicing models

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:

Strong payroll & compliance expertise
Hands-on invoicing, PO & receivables management
Proficient in Excel & tools (Zoho, Tally, GreytHR, etc.)
High attention to detail & ownership mindset

B.Com / BBA / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
