• Position: Finance Manager

• Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office)

• Experience: 5+ Years

• Qualification: CA Intermediate (Completed) or CA Dropout with good practical experience

• Job Type: Full-Time

What You'll Do

1. Manage Company Accounts

• Handle all daily accounting work.

• Prepare monthly and yearly financial reports.

• Keep company financial records accurate.

• Reconcile bank accounts and customer/vendor balances.

2. Handle Taxes & Legal Compliance

• Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, etc.

• File all tax returns on time.

• Coordinate with CAs, auditors, and government departments.

• Ensure the company follows all financial and tax laws.

3. Financial Planning & Reports

• Prepare MIS reports for management.

• Create budgets and financial forecasts.

• Track company profits and expenses.

• Help management make better financial decisions.

4. Payments & Collections

• Make vendor payments on time.

• Follow up on customer payments.

• Manage invoices and payment records.

• Maintain healthy cash flow.

5. Audits & Internal Controls

• Handle statutory, tax, and internal audits.

• Keep all financial documents organized.

• Improve financial processes and reduce risks.

6. Cash Flow Management

• Monitor company cash flow.

• Work with banks for financial requirements.

• Find ways to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of Accounting.

• Experience with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, ROC Compliance.

• Good understanding of Financial Statements, Budgeting, MIS Reports, and Cash Flow.

• Experience handling Audits.

• Good knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP).

• Experience using Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or ERP software.

• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
