Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Finance Executive with at least 1 year of accounting experience to manage day-to-day financial operations. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting entries, GST, TDS, invoicing, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP

• Maintain sales & purchase records, invoicing, and billing

• Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance (return filing support)

• Prepare bank reconciliation statements (BRS)

• Assist in monthly closing and MIS reporting

• Maintain vendor/customer ledger and follow-ups for payments

• Support internal audits and documentation

• Ensure proper filing of financial documents and records

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in Accounting/Finance

• Post Graduate in M.Com / MBA (Finance) preferred

• Working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and basic ERP systems

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and bookkeeping principles

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in manufacturing/trading/service industry accounts

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to handle multiple tasks independently
