Manage inventory and warehouse operations.
Coordinate order processing, dispatch, and logistics.
Monitor stock movement and maintain inventory accuracy.
Improve operational workflows for higher efficiency.
Coordinate with procurement, sales, and dispatch teams.
Prepare operational reports and performance dashboards.
Resolve operational issues to ensure smooth business functioning.
