Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.

• Maintain accurate books of accounts using Zoho Books.

• Prepare and verify customer invoices, vendor bills, payment vouchers, and receipts.

• Perform bank reconciliation and vendor/customer ledger reconciliation.

• Handle GST returns, TDS calculations, payments, and statutory filings.

• Monitor accounts payable and receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.

• Prepare monthly profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and other financial reports.

• Manage cash flow, expense tracking, and petty cash transactions.

• Coordinate salary-related accounting, employee reimbursements, and statutory payments.

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities and audit requirements.

• Maintain proper financial documentation and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations.

• Coordinate with banks, auditors, vendors, customers, and internal departments.

• Communicate effectively with customers and vendors in multiple languages, preferably English and Tamil; knowledge of other regional languages is an advantage.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or an equivalent qualification.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.

• Strong working knowledge of Zoho Books and MS Excel.

• Practical knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and statutory compliance.

• Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

• Ability to independently manage day-to-day accounting activities.

• It is a Full Time అకౌంటెంట్ job for candidates with 5 - 6+ years Experience.
