We are looking for a Back-End Processor to join our Loan Processing Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end backend file processing, document verification, and coordination with banks, NBFCs, and internal teams to ensure smooth loan disbursal operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle loan application files for Home Loans, LAP, CC/OD, Project Loans, and Business Loans.

• Verify client documents (KYC, income proofs, property papers, bank statements, etc.).

• Prepare and update loan files for submission to banks/NBFCs.

• Coordinate with relationship managers and bank representatives for file queries, login, and sanction follow-ups.

• Maintain accurate data entry in internal systems and ensure compliance with company and bank policies.

• Track and report loan file status from login to disbursement.

• Ensure timely processing and high accuracy in documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or related fields (preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in loan processing/back-end operations sector preferred (freshers with relevant skills may apply).

• Good understanding of retail and business loan documentation and procedures.

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email communication).

• Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
