Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update accounting records, vouchers, and ledgers.
• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and data entry in accounting software (Tally).
• Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments.
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other tax compliance and return filings.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with external auditors during audits.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure accuracy of financial data.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations (GST, TDS).
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
