Job Title: Revenue Manager – Hotel
Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Revenue Manager to lead pricing, forecasting, and inventory strategies that maximize hotel revenue and profitability. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with market insight to optimize room rates, distribution channels, and overall revenue performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute revenue management strategies to maximize RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy
• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, demand patterns, and booking pace
• Forecast daily, weekly, monthly, and annual revenue performance
• Optimize pricing across all channels (OTA, direct, GDS, corporate, group)
• Manage room inventory and rate parity across distribution platforms
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Front Office, and Reservations teams
• Implement dynamic pricing and promotional strategies based on demand
• Monitor and improve channel mix and distribution costs
• Prepare detailed revenue reports and present insights to management
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and revenue policies
