Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Management

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure adherence to accounting standards.

• Handle journal entries, ledger updates, and bank reconciliations.

• Prepare and review financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, etc.).

• Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely collections and vendor payments.

Compliance & Reporting

• Prepare and file GST returns, tax documentation, and ensure statutory compliance.

• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.

• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.

• Identify and recommend improvements to enhance accounting efficiency.

Tools & Systems

• Manage records using Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or other accounting software.

• Use MS Excel and related tools for analysis and reporting.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience: 1–3 years in accounting or finance roles.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation laws, and financial regulations.

• Proficiency in Tally / accounting software and MS Excel.

• Excellent analytical, numerical, and organizational skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

• Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation.
