We are hiring a Senior Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting and compliance for our organization. The role requires hands-on experience in full-cycle accounting up to finalization of accounts. Candidates with experience in a CA firm or Outsourcing accounting firm required.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Full-Cycle Accounting: Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and sub-ledgers for multiple entities. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of entries.
2.
Month-End & Year-End Closure: Handle month-end processes, reconciliations, and prepare financial statements up to finalization.
3.
Taxation & Compliance: Prepare data for GST, TDS, Income Tax filings. Coordinate with auditors and CA for audits, assessments, and notices.
4.
Bank & Vendor Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, vendor/customer accounts, and resolve discrepancies.
5.
MIS & Reporting: Prepare MIS reports, P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statements for management review.
6.
Process Improvement: Identify gaps in accounting processes and suggest improvements for accuracy and efficiency.
