We are looking for a ERP executive/ MIS to join our team . The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
MIS Sales Coordinator manages sales data, prepares reports, and supports the sales team by tracking KPIs, inventory, and customer orders. Key responsibilities include creating daily/monthly reports in Excel, managing CRM databases, following up on leads, and ensuring data accuracy to aid management decision-making.
Core Responsibilities
MIS Reporting & Data Management: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales, inventory, and performance reports using Advanced Excel.
Sales Tracking: Monitor sales quotas, team performance, and KPIs, providing data-driven insights to management.
Customer Support & Coordination: Maintain customer databases, handle queries, and provide after-sales support.
Order & Lead Management: Process orders, follow up on leads, and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery.
Documentation: Prepare invoices, quotations, and maintain organized sales records.
Key Skills & Requirements
Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) is essential.
Data Analysis: Ability to analyze large datasets to identify trends.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication for client interaction and internal team coordination.
CRM Knowledge: Experience with CRM software to manage customer interactions.
Education/Experience: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years of experience in sales support or data analysis roles.
