Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month, depending on interview performance and skills

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Accountant with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce accounting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of GST, TDS, TCS, payment reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and GST filing. Experience working with Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and Meesho portals is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations for e-commerce business

• Handle payment reconciliation from different e-commerce platforms

• Perform bank reconciliation regularly

• Maintain proper accounting records in Tally and Busy software

• Prepare and manage GST filings

• Work on TDS and TCS calculations, entries, and compliance

• Reconcile marketplace settlements from Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and Meesho

• Ensure accurate bookkeeping and timely closure of accounts

• Coordinate with internal teams for invoice, payment, and ledger-related matters

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce accounting

• Strong knowledge of:

  • GST

  • TDS

  • TCS

  • Payment Reconciliation

  • Bank Reconciliation

  • GST Filing

• Proficiency in Tally and Busy software is mandatory

• Must have prior working experience with:

  • Amazon Seller Portal

  • Flipkart Seller Portal

  • Blinkit

  • Meesho

• Good understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations

• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in handling marketplace accounting independently

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Able to work in a fast-paced e-commerce environment

Salary

₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Salary will depend on skills, experience, and interview performance.
