Supervisor Finance Put your creativity to work: Kickstart your career at BCD M&E E Invoicing Manager (Remote) Full time, India The E Invoicing Manager owns the operational, technical, and compliance framework that ensures invoices flow correctly through the PEPPOL and other mandated e invoicing networks. This includes country onboarding, SAP maintenance, error handling, tax logic governance, and training for internal teams. This role acts as the bridge between Finance, IT/SAP, Tax, Compliance, and local market teams, ensuring every country meets its legal and technical requirements for e invoicing. As an E Invoicing Manager, you will Own daily monitoring of e invoicing flows, ensuring successful transmission through PEPPOL and other networks Lead investigation and resolution of invoice failures, rejections, mapping issues, and network errors Maintain and govern customer master data, routing IDs, PEPPOL identifiers, tax categories, and mandatory fields. Ensure correct VAT/tax category mapping for each country’s regulatory requirements Manage end to end onboarding for each new country, including requirement gathering, testing, certification, and go live Deliver training to Finance, Customer Service, and local market teams on processes, tools, and compliance Liaise with PEPPOL access point providers, middleware vendors, and SAP teams Track regulatory changes and ensure continuous compliance across all jurisdictions Maintain SOPs, country requirement guides, and troubleshooting playbooks Identify automation opportunities, reduce manual interventions, and enhance data quality Manage and build up the person in the Junior E-invoicing support and ensure they are utilized on all the above responsibilities About you Strong understanding of billing, output types, IDocs/XML, customer master data, and tax configuration Familiarity with BIS standards, access points, identifiers, and validation rules Experience with country specific e invoicing mandates (e.g., Italy SDI, France PDP, Poland KSeF) Ability to analyze XML, mapping errors, and integration logs Proven ability to lead multi country rollouts Comfortable working with Finance, IT, Tax, and external vendors Skilled at simplifying complex processes for non technical teams About us At BCD Meetings & Events (BCD M&E), we provide more than meeting and event planning services: we create connections that inspire, motivate and change behavior for our customers.
