Job Description Should have managed team in previous organisationAttention to detailShould be capable of multi-taskingShould possess Organizational skillsStrong written and oral commuication skillsHandling stakeholder queries/complaints confidentlyMonitor P2P KPI’s on monthly basis and drive improvement action plansBe active on the customer service front and be quick and accurate with communicationImprove Invoice Management and query management process by reviewing process and providing feedbackMonitor real time workflow to plan work schedule as per the SLA requirement and the volumes forecastedPeriodic review of Process maps and Process manuals & get it signed off by Global Process Owner.Manage AP Audit queries raised by Internal and external auditors on timely basisMaintain knowledge of developments which may affect the department’s operationsProvide subject matter expertise to associates on the floor for process related queriesMeasure and review performance and productivity of the team and provide one to one feedback to ensure high quality and accuracyManage team absenteeism, attrition, attendance, breaks and conduct.Participate in the recruitment of new team members as and when required.Conduct process training, multiskilled training and refresher training for the team members Qualifications Post Graduate with great understanding of complete PTP process Experience Level Mid Level
