Lead Analyst Department None Job Description Job title Lead Analyst – Deposit Operations Location India – Pune/Chennai/Gurugram Experience 10+ years of experience in lending operations, preferably with Deposit Operations experience in Fiserv Premier22. Job Duties This role will be part of Crisil’s Credit & Lending Operations team supporting global banking clients. The role involves learning and executing core Deposit operations processes including Deposit booking, servicing, reconciliation certification, IRA reporting and regulatory reporting under supervision, with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and control adherence. Proficient in using banking systems such as Fiserv Premier to manage and streamline Deposit operations and workflow. Leverage these tools to enhance efficiency and ensure adherence to bank policies. Review complex GL certification & US government reporting to ensure strict adherence to lending regulations, compliance standards, and the bank’s credit policy. Collaborate with onshore teams to ensure accurate turnaround and process consistency. Participate in internal training programs on Deposit lifecycle, systems, and controls Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and banking core systems. Prepare control packs, MIS, and periodic reconciliations to support compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Qualification Bachelors/master’s degree (or equivalent) Skills Required 10+ years of experience in lending operations in banks or a third-party consultancy is a must. Strong understanding of Deposit operations, U.S. deposit-regulatory framework. Familiarity with industry-standard Deposit servicing platforms Fiserv Premier. Creative problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose issues and develop solutions Ability to work both independently and lead the team, with focus and high attention to detail Strong communication & interpersonal skills and ability to explain protocol and processes to the team Open Positions None Mandatory Skills Experience in managing Fiserv Premier Application, Deposit operations, W-8BEN & ICS/CDARS support Education Qualification Graduate, Post-graduate Experience 10 to 12 years
