Job Description – Customer Support Associate (CSA)

Job Summary:

The Customer Support Associate (CSA) will be responsible for supporting customer onboarding, documentation, and field-level coordination activities. This role involves direct interaction with existing and prospective clients, assisting with documentation, and ensuring timely completion of processes as per organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in filling out application forms.

Collect signed application forms and required documents, including KYC and cheques.

Follow up with customers for pending documentation and signatures.

Collect audit-related documents from clients.

Coordinate with branch/local offices for operational tasks.

Conduct field visits for document collection and customer support.

Perform additional tasks assigned by the Branch/Local Office.

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce or related fields (B.Com, M.Com, CS, CS (Inter), ICWAI, etc.).

Basic knowledge of accounting and banking operations.

Basic computer proficiency.

Minimum age: 21 years.

Preference for local candidates with proficiency in Hindi, English, and the local language.

Must possess a valid driving license.

Willingness to perform fieldwork is essential.

Preferred Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage documentation and follow-ups efficiently.
