Role Overview:

We are looking for a polite, detail-oriented, and responsible Billing Counter Executive to manage customer billing, payment processing, and daily records at our showroom. The candidate must ensure smooth customer service and accurate billing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer billing at the counter using POS / billing software

• Generate invoices, process payments, and issue receipts

• Maintain daily billing records and cash summary

• Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer orders

• Ensure accuracy in billing amount, discounts, and product details

• Assist customers with billing-related queries

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the billing counter

• Handle exchange/return bills as per company policy

• Share daily billing reports with the manager

Skills & Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi / Gujarati preferred)

• Basic computer knowledge and billing software handling

• Accuracy, discipline, and attention to detail

• Pleasant personality and customer-friendly approach
