Key Responsibilities

• Invoicing and Sales Billing: Generate daily sales invoices, delivery challans, and tax invoices for clients, distributors, and walk-in customers in compliance with GST regulations.

• Accounts Receivable/Payable: Manage customer accounts, monitor outstanding balances, and follow up on payments to ensure timely collections.

• Data Entry and Records Maintenance: Accurately update Tally or ERP systems with sales data, purchase entries, and inventory records.

• Stock Coordination: Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and production teams to reconcile dispatched goods with generated invoices.

• Tax Compliance: Handle GST-related, E-way bill generation, and ensure compliance with TDS regulations.

• Customer Support: Resolve billing discrepancies, handle client inquiries, and maintain healthy relations with dealers and contractors.

• Financial Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly MIS reports on billing activities and outstanding payments.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Finance is preferred.

• Experience: Generally 1–5 years of experience in billing, preferably within the manufacturing units, sanitaryware, ceramic, or building materials industry.

• Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Tally Prime.

• Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of GST, tax invoices, and accounting standards.

• Skills: High attention to detail, strong numerical ability, and excellent communication skills to handle dealer inquiries.

Typical Physical Setting and Compensation

• Work Environment: Primarily office-bound, often in manufacturing units, warehouses, or large retail showrooms.
