Key Responsibilities
Counter Billing Responsibilities
Handle counter sales and generate invoices/bills for walk-in customers
Accurately process billing including pricing, discounts, and GST
Collect payments (cash, card, UPI) and maintain daily sales records
Handle customer queries related to billing and products
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the billing counter
Dispatch Responsibilities
Prepare delivery challans, packing slips, and dispatch documentation
Coordinate with warehouse/store staff for order picking and packing
Ensure correct quantity and quality of goods before dispatch
Coordinate with transporters/couriers for timely delivery
Update dispatch status and maintain dispatch registers
