Job Title: Billing Executive – Two Wheeler Service

Department: Service
Location: Service Center / Workshop

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare service invoices for two-wheelers accurately as per job cards

• Ensure correct billing for labour, spare parts, consumables, and taxes

• Coordinate with Service Advisors and Technicians for job completion details

• Verify job cards, spare parts usage, and warranty claims before billing

• Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment modes and maintain records

• Generate GST invoices and ensure statutory compliance

• Maintain daily billing reports, cash register, and reconciliation

• Handle customer queries related to billing and payments

• Support warranty billing and insurance cashless billing if applicable

• Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices and receipts

• Ensure billing is completed within defined TAT

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate / HSC (Commerce preferred)

• 1–3 years experience in two-wheeler service billing (preferred)

• Knowledge of DMS / ERP systems

• Basic knowledge of GST and service taxation

• Good computer skills (MS Excel, billing software)

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and coordination skills

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Billing accuracy

• Timely invoice generation

• Zero billing complaints

• Daily cash and report reconciliation
