Medfe India is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Billing Executive with hands-on experience in MARG ERP Software. The candidate will be responsible for preparing invoices, managing billing records, coordinating with the sales and dispatch teams, and ensuring accurate inventory and billing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate invoices, quotations, delivery challans, and credit/debit notes using MARG ERP Software.

• Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely billing.

• Verify product rates, GST, discounts, and billing details before invoice generation.

• Maintain accurate records of sales invoices and billing transactions.

• Coordinate with the dispatch and warehouse teams for order processing.

• Update stock records and monitor inventory in MARG.

• Handle customer billing queries and resolve discrepancies.

• Maintain daily sales and billing reports.

• Ensure compliance with GST and company billing policies.

• Assist in month-end billing reconciliation and reporting.

• Coordinate with the accounts department for payment reconciliation.
