Counter Billing Executive

Billing Executive is responsible for preparing accurate bills and invoices, maintaining billing records, processing payments, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding amounts. The role includes verifying billing information, handling customer queries related to invoices, coordinating with sales and accounts departments, and maintaining proper financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and issue invoices and bills accurately.

Verify billing data and correct any discrepancies.

Maintain customer billing records and payment details.

Follow up on pending payments and outstanding invoices.

Handle customer queries related to billing and payments.

Coordinate with the accounts and sales teams.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports.

Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.

Skills Required:
