We are looking for an Counter Billing Executive to join our team at at Jain Traders. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 and opportunities for professional growth.

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally Prime/Vyapar.

Prepare sales, purchase, credit/debit notes, and billing entries.

Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash/bank records.

Manage accounts receivable and payable.

Assist with GST records and monthly financial reports.

Ensure accurate documentation and timely updates of financial records.

Skills Required:

Knowledge of Tally Prime/Vyapar and MS Excel.

Basic understanding of GST and accounting principles.

Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred.
