Job Summary:

We are looking for a polite, well-presented, and responsible female candidate for the position of Reception cum Billing Counter Executive. The role involves handling front-desk responsibilities along with billing operations, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers at the reception

• Handle billing using POS / billing software

• Generate invoices, receipts, and process payments

• Answer customer queries and guide them appropriately

• Coordinate with sales staff for order and billing details

• Maintain daily billing records and cash reports

• Handle exchanges and returns as per company policy

• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement at reception & billing counter

• Ensure professional and courteous communication with customers

Skills & Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi / Gujarati preferred)

• Basic computer and billing software knowledge

• Pleasant personality and professional appearance

• Accuracy and attention to detail

• Customer-friendly and responsible attitude
