Key Responsibilities

• Handle counter sales of Tata Motors spare parts

• Attend walk-in customers and understand their requirements

• Generate bills and invoices using Tally Prime

• Maintain daily sales entries, stock updates, and basic accounting in Tally

• Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock records

• Coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment

• Organize spare parts efficiently for quick access

• Handle customer queries and provide correct part guidance

• Maintain discipline and smooth counter operations

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in automobile spare parts retail (preferred)

• Working knowledge of Tata Motors spare parts (added advantage)

• Proficiency in Tally Prime (billing, inventory management, basic accounting)

• Comfortable with computers and MS Excel

• Quick, smart, and able to multitask in a busy environment

• Strong communication skills (Hindi/Kannada preferred; basic English required)

• Honest, responsible, and customer-oriented
