About the Role

Bansal Trade Link is looking for a Billing Executive to manage billing, dispatch documentation, vehicle entries, and daily material records at our coal-yard operations in Wani.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced yard environment and should have good knowledge of billing, documentation, and basic computer operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare invoices, e-way bills, and delivery challans.

• Maintain accurate records of all inward and outward material movements.

• Coordinate vehicle entries, dispatches, and related documentation.

• Maintain daily stock and dispatch records.

• Ensure all billing and dispatch documentation is complete and accurate.

• Coordinate with the yard and relevant teams to ensure smooth material movement.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of computers, billing, and documentation.

• Prior experience in billing or a similar role.

• Good organisational and record-keeping skills.

• Responsible, disciplined, and attentive to detail.

• Willingness to work at the coal yard.

• Ability to coordinate effectively with drivers, transporters, and internal teams.

• It is a Full Time అకౌంటెంట్ job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
