Cost Accountant

Job Title: Costing Executive (Costing-Focused, EA Support)

Department: Finance / PPC

Industry: Manufacturing – Labels / Packaging

Role Summary:

Responsible for end-to-end product costing and PPC coordination for label production. The role also provides basic EA support to management related to costing, reporting, and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed product costing (RM, labor, overheads, wastage, conversion)

Maintain cost sheets, BOMs, routings, and MIS

Coordinate with PPC for production planning and cost impact

Analyze standard vs actual cost variances

Support pricing, quotations, and margin analysis

Monitor wastage, yield, and cost optimization

Prepare costing reports and summaries for management (EA support)

Skills & Experience:

Strong experience in manufacturing costing & PPC

Exposure to label / printing / packaging industry preferred

Good knowledge of Excel and ERP systems

Analytical and coordination skills

Qualification & Experience:

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance/Operations) / ICWA (Inter)

2–5 years relevant experience
