We are looking for a Compliance Executive to join our team at ISHANI GROUP OF COMPANIES. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a ₹6000 - ₹15000 salary.

Key Responsibilities: Roles & Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and internal policies

Handle labour law compliances including:

PF, ESIC

Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages

Shops & Establishment Act

Maintain and update statutory registers, records, and returns

Coordinate with HR, payroll, and external consultants for timely filings

Assist in audits, inspections, and compliance reporting

Monitor changes in laws and regulations and ensure implementation

Prepare and submit compliance reports to management

Handle notices from statutory authorities and support responses

Support policy drafting and compliance documentation

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is graduate and 1- 2 years of experience. Candidates must have strong attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, solid organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Work from office 6 days working and male candidate required.
