Key Responsibilities

Statutory & Labor Law Compliance

• Ensure compliance with EPF, ESIC, Professional Tax, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus, and other applicable labor laws

• Timely filing of statutory returns and challans

• Monitor changes in labor laws and update internal policies accordingly

Payroll Compliance

• Coordinate with payroll team to ensure accurate statutory deductions

• Reconcile payroll data with statutory records

• Handle payroll-related audits and inspections

Regulatory Filings & Documentation

• Maintain statutory registers, records, and compliance documentation

• Respond to notices, inspections, and queries from government authorities

• Liaise with consultants, auditors, and labor departments

Audits & Reporting

• Support internal and external compliance audits

• Prepare compliance MIS reports and dashboards

• Identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliances

• Experience in PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Gratuity & Bonus regulations

• Good understanding of payroll processes

• Attention to detail and strong documentation skills

• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
