• Managed end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement.

• Maintained employee attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.

• Handled statutory compliance including EPF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and labour law requirements.

• Generated and maintained UAN, PF, and ESIC registrations, updates, and employee records.

• Processed employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.

• Coordinated with clients and internal teams for attendance, payroll, compliance, and HR-related activities.

• Prepared payroll reports, MIS, salary sheets, and statutory reports.

• Ensured compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.

• Managed employee queries related to payroll, EPF, ESIC, and other statutory benefits.

• Maintained HR documentation, employee master data, and compliance records.

• Assisted in invoice preparation, wage reconciliation, and payroll audits.

• Worked with Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, SUMIF, and data validation for payroll and MIS reporting.

• Coordinated with government portals such as EPFO, ESIC, NAPS, and Aadhaar-related services for employee compliance.

• Supported monthly and annual compliance activities, audits, and documentation.
