Job Summary / Responsibilities:
• Filing and managing various empanelment applications with banks, government bodies, and institutions
• Maintaining proper documentation, records, and client files
• Managing digital and physical filing systems for compliance matters
• Updating the firm’s website and maintaining professional information
• Assisting in creating and posting professional content on social media
• Coordinating with partners, team members, and clients for documents and updates
• Following up with clients for documents and payments when required
• Maintaining trackers and records using Excel
• Basic working knowledge of Tally, GST, and Income Tax preferred
• Occasional visits to client / bank offices for documentation or coordination
Preferred Candidate:
• Commerce Graduate / CA Student
• Good knowledge of Excel and documentation management
• Organized, proactive, and good communication skills.
