Team Member-Comm. Bank HO & Support-Process & Policy Compliance Excellence Job Description: Team Member - Collections Strategy | Commercial Vehicles Grade: M4/M5 Experience: 3- 4 years of audit experience in retail and know- how of regulatory compliance. Purpose of Role Own end-to-end collection strategy for the CV CE group Delinquency control, and cost of collections. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Analytics •Design segmentation-based collection strategy: Allocation, Vendor management, controlling Credit cost. •Build & deploy EWS models with Risk: DPD 30+ triggers, telematics/GPS inactivity, FASTag drop, fuel card usage dip. •Optimize channel mix – field, tele-calling, digital nudges, legal, repossession – for best ROI per segment. •Stress-test portfolio for external shocks: fuel price, export slowdown, construction cycles. Prepare contingency dial-up/dial-down plans. •Set monthly/quarterly targets: GNPA, NPA, Roll-back %, Flow rates, Resolution %, Recovery %. Team & Capability •Drive R&R, capacity planning. Implement digital tools: field app, predictive dialler, AI voicebots, UPI payment links, GPS tracking. •Ensure 100% compliance with RBI Fair Practices Code, regulatory norms, audit Experience Level Mid Level
