Key Responsibilities:

A Collection Executive manages overdue payments by contacting customers, negotiating payment plans, resolving disputes, and maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with policies/laws while aiming to recover funds and maintain customer relations, often involving phone calls, field visits, and detailed reporting. Key duties include debt recovery, setting up payment schedules, updating management, and handling documentation for outstanding accounts. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Debt Collection: Contacting clients (phone, email, field visits) with overdue accounts for timely payment recovery.

• Negotiation: Arranging payment plans, settlements, and resolving billing discrepancies.

• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate logs of all collection activities, communications, and transaction details.

• Reporting: Providing regular updates to management on collection status, outstanding debts, and account health.

• Compliance: Ensuring all collection practices adhere to company policies, legal guidelines (like RBI), and ethical standards.

• Customer Relations: Addressing customer queries and working to resolve issues while preserving relationships.

• Internal Coordination: Collaborating with other departments (sales, finance) to resolve complex billing or account issues.
