Collection Executive

We are looking for a Collection Executive to join our client team at RAHY HealthCare Private Limited. The role involves managing insurance claim settlements and coordinating with insurance companies and TPAs to ensure timely claim processing and settlements. The role involves documentation review, claim follow-ups, query resolution, and payment reconciliation. The position offers ₹18,000 - ₹22,000 and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with insurance companies/TPAs for claim approval and settlement. ● Track pending claims and ensure recovery of outstanding payments. ● Review and submit required claim documents. ● Handle insurance queries and coordinate with hospitals/patients for required documents. ● Maintain records of claims, settlements, and pending cases. ● Prepare basic reports and update claim status.

Job Requirements:

Knowledge of Health Insurance Claims Processing ● Understanding of IRDA guidelines and TPA procedures ● Strong follow-up and negotiation skills ● Good documentation and email communication skills ● Proficiency in Reporting, and data tracking ● Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
