Work Description
Prepare and process bill/invoices accurately and within stipulated timelines.
Verify billing details, purchase orders, contracts, and supporting documents.
Ensure timely invoice submission to customers through sales team or email.
Maintain accurate billing records and documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve invoice discrepancies and billing-related queries.
Prepare billing reports and reconcile invoices with customer accounts.
Follow up with customers for outstanding payments through calls and emails.
Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of overdue invoices.
Maintain and update the accounts receivable ageing report.
Support month-end closing activities and accounts receivable reconciliations.
Profile
Minimum 2 years of experience in billing, collections operations or accounts receivable.
Good understanding of invoicing, payment follow-ups, and accounts receivable processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of ERP/accounting systems.
Tally knowledge will be advantage.
