Urgent Hiring | Collection Officer – Utkarsh Small Finance Bank

Position: Collection Officer

Locations: UP

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

• Visit customers for collection of overdue loan repayments.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

• Follow up on pending payments and ensure timely collections.

• Update collection records and submit daily reports.

• Coordinate with branch teams to resolve customer queries.

• Ensure compliance with bank policies and collection procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

• 12th.

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to travel locally for field collections.

• Two-wheeler and a valid driving license
