Collection Executive

Job Title: Collection Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Collection Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers to recover outstanding payments while maintaining a professional and courteous approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers for payment reminders and collections

• Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure timely recovery

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status

• Negotiate payment plans when required

• Handle customer queries related to outstanding dues

• Ensure compliance with company policies and collection procedures

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations

• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Freshers are welcome

• Prior experience in telecalling or collections will be an added advantage
