Job Title: Collection / Credit Controller

Experience: 3–4 Years

Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month

Age Preference: 25–30 Years

Industry Preference: Travel / Travel Management

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow up with corporate clients for pending travel payments.
• Track outstanding invoices, customer accounts, and overdue payments.
• Prepare ageing reports and collection bucket reports.
• Reconcile payments and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams for payment updates.
• Maintain accurate collection records and prepare MIS reports.
• Achieve monthly collection targets.

Required Skills:

• 3–4 years of experience in Collections, Credit Control, or Accounts Receivable.
• Strong knowledge of ageing reports and collection buckets.
• Good MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas.
• Excellent follow-up, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Travel industry experience will be preferred.
