Job Responsibilities:

Confirm and process orders from multiple online platforms
Receive incoming deliveries from suppliers
Pack and dispatch customer orders on time
Update order status on websites
Basic computer work (order acceptance, tracking updates, etc.)
Product testing before dispatch
- Example:
  - Check charging ports
  - Test sound quality (for speakers)
  - Check Bluetooth connectivity
  - Ensure product is working properly
Products may vary from time to time (electronics & other items)
If required posting the Orders online on Shopping platforms (Not Mandatory)

Working Hours:

9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
(7 days a week)

Requirements:

Basic computer knowledge
Responsible and punctual
Attention to detail
Willingness to learn
Preferably experience in online order handling (not mandatory)
Work Environment:
