Hiring | Collection Officer – Group Loan | Bhubaneswar

We are hiring Collection Officers (Officer–AM Grade) for Group Loan product in Bhubaneswar.

✅ Location: Bhubaneswar

✅ Employment Type: Full-Time

✅ Eligibility: 12th Pass / Freshers Welcome

Age Limit: 18–25 Years

Requirements:

• CIBIL Score above 650 (No overdue / settlement cases)

• Basic communication skills (Hindi & Odia preferred)

• Comfortable with field collection work

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with customers for timely repayments

• Visit assigned areas for field collections

• Maintain daily recovery reports

• Coordinate with reporting manager for targets
